Sara Weil – Mann (CEO)

Sara has served as director of Yad Rachel for the past 20 years. Over the years, she has created a network of supporters in Israel and abroad, and her efforts are aimed at placing Yad Rachel high on the agenda of government ministers and offices. Before joining Yad Rachel, Sara specialized in elementary school literacy. She worked as a homeroom teacher at the Dror School in Jerusalem and was part of the management team of the school. Sara has a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from the Bar Ilan University. She has a diploma in the diagnosis and treatment of learning disorders, and completed courses in non-profit management, individual teaching strategies and educational psychology. Sara lives in Jerusalem and has five children.
